Hotel S'Arena Beach

Amazing new property, so relaxing and quite. Bed is super comty, great shower! There was Sardinian treats in the room as a welcome gift So much green around, Super clean! Perfect for a relaxing holiday! The pool is huge and not crowded at all! Full of art, there is a playground. Breakfast is amazing! Every day freshly baked cakes, at least 6! And one always lactose free, so yummy! Staff super friendly! Plenty of parking, safe area. The town is around the corner but it's better to have a car. La Caletta is very pretty with lots of restaurants!

Overpriced for your typical 4 stars expectations. Staff is friendly and helpful but only a few speak anything else than Italian. Nice pool and pool area plus the beach 6 min away walking with sun beds included is appreciated. But you have to pay for beach towels. Room was not all that clean and those family rooms are pretty packed once everyone set in, there sure isn’t 30 sqm as advertised !! The hotel overall is fairly noisy and very limited sense of privacy. Restaurant needs to improve, it serves snacks all day but the service lasts for 2h at lunch and if they make a special for the night, half of the menu is out. On one lunch we paid 12 euros for 5 small bits of defrosted chicken breast with a few tomatoes and ready made sauce on lettuce from a bag. I’d say you can do better or give them time to improve.

It’s a very new hotel, with very nice personal, and good pool zone. But for being so new, there are still many things missing in the hotel. Anyways we enjoyed our days there. Its nice for families with children and romantic staying, but if your are looking for parties/entertainment, its not the beat place to go. In the small town its located, there is practically nothing to do, only chill in the beach/pool

We had a wonderful stay, the hotel is very nice, has a lot of green spaces, it's very quiet and pleasant; excellent service, very kind people, excellent barman; large rooms, spaced out buildings, a large swimming pool with clean water at perfect temperature, Excellent beakfast and also very good options for lunch and dinner. The beach it's just 7-10 min. walk, by a steeet, but mist of the way it's well separated from the riad, and it felt really safe -and the beach us anazing, among the best on the island! Nice sand, clean water, gentle slope, lovely shades of blue, excellent options for food and ice cream. All in all, an excellent choice! Big thanks to the staff - we really felt most welcome and we enjoyed our stay.

Highly recommended! ⭐️ from the first day until the very last we had a great time in this hotel, everything was perfect! Our room was not only spacious but also truly nice! AC, a little fridge, and a small terrace with seating 🙏🏼 besides that the room was always perfectly cleaned, so big thanks to the cleaning staff! ⭐️ We also had breakfast which was amazing, full of variety (sweets, bread, fruits, veggies, cheese, ham etc.), and ate several times at the restaurant. Definitely go for the themed dinner of typical Sardinian dishes! And huge thanks to the waiters, namely Giulia, Anthony, and Luca! ❤️ but we appreciated every single person on the staff, everybody is so kind and helpful. It really made a difference! We had the chance to talk to the director and the owners and we can’t wait to come back next year, as the hotel has amazing plans! We are really excited! Thank you for this great experience ❤️

Clean, new hotel. In conditions status 3 star not more. Servis only the big pool. Do not offer any sport activity. 700m walk by road to the nice beach. Away from the town. The way out only through a parking with white dusty rocks (always dirty car and shoes). Not friendly to strollers. Additional fees for everything. Very assertive personnel. Be careful on other review (=advertisements).

First for four stars Hotel is way to less offering. We payed 600€ for three nights and had expectation as well.. The personal and staff always ready to help but unfortunately not enough! We called the reception to ask for an iron: they don’t have one.. You need to pay extra for beach towels everyday! There’s no coffe/tee in the room. No minibar. There’s no fitness center/gym. There’s no taxi at all. Don’t recommand it at all!!!!
